I’m a software designer based in Berkeley, California.
I work at OpenAI, where I dedicate my time trying to make ChatGPT a genuinely helpful assistant.

Before this, I spent a couple of years at Multi, a tiny company focused on building better tools for remote collaboration. We didn’t quite get there, but OpenAI acquired us in the summer of 2024.

Before Multi, I spent about six years at Dropbox working on Paper and parts of the mobile app. Earlier in my career, I helped startups launch their first products and worked with more established companies to improve the ones they already had.

Over the years I’ve been an IC, a lead, and a manager. I try to bring clarity, thoughtful craft, and kindness to the work.
